Individual (one-on-one) Nutrition Visits begin with meeting your Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist. During your initial consult, you will begin with a body
assessment followed by a review of your health and nutrition history. Once your needs and goals have been reviewed, your Dietitian will create an individual meal plan to meet your specific
needs. An initial consult may take up to 2 hours.
